Your entry fee for the three of you will be R50. The emphasis is fun. Dress up to the theme Balance Life Better (Tru-Cape sloganY to win a prize if you are regarded the best. You can walk all the way, but the course is not easy: section beach, river crossing, board walks. steep climb, rickety bridge, spectacular views – you will never forget these 5 k’s and you wil receive a medal to remind you of yor achievement.

referring to the 5km fun run on 11 Sept in Pringle Bay. what is the costs? me, my wife and daughter might want to enter. more detail please. unfit, we may walk most of the way.

Hi There

What a great 10km Race. It was an exciting, scenic and varied route. I also won 1st Master Lady Prize which was an added bonus – Thanks to the Sponsers!

The wait between the Half Marathon and 10Km was quite long but next year no doubt there will be more grass to sit on!

We also had an enjoyable beach picnic afterwards.

Thanks very much for a half marathon (28 March 2009) with the most beautiful route – it was stunning.
Just one complaint: runners dropping empty water sachets all along the route, even on the mountain.
The announcer at the start, MUST remind runners NOT TO DROP THEIR SACHETS. Clearly they need to be told every at every race.
I was disgusted with my fellow runners’ total disregard for the environment and for the organisers who had to pick up their litter from the mountain and fynbos. They should be named and shamed (from their licence numbers)and banned from future participation in races.
